Please try restarting your viewer and ensure you have only one “Copy” of your viewer running. The most common problem is having more than one viewer window open and connected to the same or different grids.
Please ensure voice service is activated inside your viewer and voice service is activated on the parcel you are in.
If you are having trouble seeing web-content or video in-world that other people are seeing, please be sure to install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Adobe Flash is used to display the usually ‘flat’ webpages and videos in a 3D space.
Windows users
You must have the Opera & Chromium version of the Adobe Flash plugin installed.
Go here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions.
Select the download for “FP 22 for Opera and Chromium – PPAPI” in the list.
Download, Install, Relog viewer and you should be fixed.
Linux users
You need to have the pepperflash plugin installed, which can be satisfied by installing Google Chrome.
Mac users
Go here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions.
Select the download for “FP 22 for Safari and Firefox – NPAPI” in the list. (Until we can find out if PPAPI is more correct we know NPAPI works for now)
Download, Install, Relog viewer and you should be fixed.
The first thing to do when experiencing “ANY” issue is to try a different viewer to see if the problem persists using another viewer. While the viewers share common code, All viewers are not created equally. Each viewer development team makes their own “Tweaks” and other changes and often times you will find simply by using a different viewer your problem is solved. If changing the viewer did not help.. please submit a support ticket detailing your issue and we’ll be happy to help.

This is very true. Each item in your inventory has to be sent to your avatar when you login to the grid. The more items you have in your inventory, the longer this process is going to take.
