Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Not sure you can. Every time I&#039;ve ever had a problem, large or small, they were dealt with in the same professional and efficient manner. I&#039;m not good at the intricacies of virtual worlds but no matter how simple my questions seemed, you always took the time to explain and answer questions. regarding my specific issue, perhaps add it to a list of improvements to server code should the version significantly change again in the future. maybe even get it into the official server code changes as a permanent upgrade, this is just my thought i am not aware of the process in the least so take my advice with a grain of salt if im terribly off base lol2023-11-16 22:32:45

As always, Terry was very professional and efficient in the way he investigated and found the problem and fixed it. He showed a command and understanding of the underlying systems and how they work - something most of us end-users know nothing about - and completed the fix in a timely and straightforward manner.
