Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Terry Ford is my hero of all time. I screwed up my password when I tried to get SINGULARITY to log into Digi to upload some Mesh. My composure was getting worse by the second as everything I did, guess what?, yes you are right, I stuffed that up too. Eventually a phrase popped up, don't ask me where, it said "send a ticket". I explained my situation and was shocked how soon my answer came from Terry. He sent advice and had reset my password ........ unlike me --- his worked. As always, and as with all team members, it was handled quickly with an attitude of friendliness & professionalism all rolled into one . Of course I do have other friends who migrated here or I would never have found Digiworldz, but it is also Digiworldz team that keeps me here. They indeed make me feel as if I am "family," and treat me as such in my opinion. Digiworldz is home and comfortable for me as a result. Changes to what is or isn't allowed in the scripting interface may cause less trouble if there's a place we can look to see what has changed. It caught me unawares when clients reported this issue, knowing their code hadn't changed, their settings hadn't changed, and yet, the object suddenly broke.2018-10-28 11:04:40

Once again the speed for a "low" priority question really impressed me. From the beginning of this project, throughout numerous tickets I have never waited very long for anything. Terry handeled this request from me in such good timing that I cannot believe this . . . The one thing I like about working with Terry is that he never hesitates to explain why something works the way it does. I would really feel more comfortable if there was a way to create my own oars. I always feel like I'm a pain in the butt for asking for them, but years of working IT makes me paranoid of not having a backup when I've worked dozens of hours at a time, knowing that a single keystroke can lead to disaster. It's OK. Terry didn't know the answer, and I couldn't find anything online either — until today! You need this info for Mac users who have upgraded to Mojave. Yes, we can still get access Digiworldz. However, to the best of my knowledge, the only workable viewer with OS 10.14 (Mojave) is Firestorm. AND it has to be FirestormOS 5.1.7 or better. I tried using 5.0 and it crashed before takeoff. I did a clean install to be on the safe side, but I'm not sure that's essential. So if this question comes up again, Terry, you've got an answer. :)2018-10-13 21:01:20

First off Terry prevented a disaster. He caught a program that was rapidly filling up all of my data space and prevented a disaster. Next he took the time to see why I was using a program to modify the terrain and offered to help. Next he took a terrain file that had some issues, showed me one he was using so I had a template and then over the next three days patiently went through the settings making adjustments until the new 25x25 region was absolutely perfect. I joked with him at one point because at first it was too low, then too high but like Goldilocks he made it just right. Thank you Terry2018-10-03 22:25:01

This is a feedback for multiple tickets. The tickets are handled quick and accurate. How ever sometimes I have the idea that tickets should be read better, so a ticket can really be closed and I do not have to send tickets over and over again about the same subject. This happened a few times. Over al the support Terry is giving is great. And Terry is really doing his best to give people the best experience:)2018-09-06 00:08:32

scripts shouldnt get zapped on updates, PERIOD.

As explained, this was a major update which required us to clear the stored values of some scripts which required some scripts needing to have debit permissions granted again in some cases. Scripts which are well written will survive this type of update. Our apologies, but either we upgrade your region to newer code, or we don't.

I was really confused about there being two monetary systems (Podex and Gloebit) the purchase of D$ and G$. Terry came to the rescue with a detailed explanation of both these systems being used in DW per each sim owners preference. He handled my request with care applying sensitivity to my lack of understanding. In DW support chat, I was instructed to submit a ticket since my purchased D$ were not displayed. I really think creating a client specific to the simulator would fix many issues. Kokua opensim. Firestorm 4.7.9 . Singularity 1.8.6 allchemy has not kept up libraries for 2 years breaks modern linux. Imprudence 4.0 experiential would be a nice viewer if merged with newer code. Very fast. We have a client issue. And simulator cache refresh time. Causes issues with. Scripts and inventory in and out on your msql data base. I love how you have done so well with your web front in. Granted it was 1130PM here when I discovered my content had been god moded by (edited to protect a user: a grid owner on a grid you provide hosting for), and Terry took til this morning to deal with it. He handled the removal of my and (edited to remove user's name: a friend's) content fine, but is not providing any information about whether (edited to protect a user: the grid owner) backed up our content to his own computer. Under the DMCA I have a right to request the identity and contact information about the person who has violated my copyrights.

Response:
- We did not receive a legal DMCA takedown notice from you so legally we cannot devulge the user's real identity to you, but, since this user is an owner of a grid, Im sure he would provide that information to you upon request. You did not submit required information for a legal DMCA take down notice but we acted on your complaint anyway in "Good Faith" and in a timely manner having the content removed in less than 12 hours of your complaint. In addition, we provided you with an explanation of how this issue was caused by a bug in opensim, offered to correct the issue if you wanted, or delete the content if preferred and advised you how to keep it from happening again on other grids. What we need in Digi is a good ship and boat scripter.. we have tried various many "adapted to ODE and Bullet " LSL scripts with some decent results. but the results are inconsistent on the VAR... most all ships require a reset when rezzed, and when they have been used for awhile. In other words, sometimes they work correctly and sometimes not. We come from worlds with full "fighting sail" Navy and pirate tallship wind sailing, using Bwind and SPD scripts, including battle damage with SPD cannon fire. It seems that altho the VARS can supply plenty of open ocean to sail on, they may be too unstable or senstive to ever accommodate full tallship windsail? 2015-10-15 14:07:22

I didn't have the latest release of Firestorm, so still couldn't add it, as my computer had crashed. When it came back up the DL was still there in the folder so just redownloaded and couldn't get it to work. However now I see I have to upload the newest version to be able to use it for Digi.
