Terry Ford is my hero of all time. I screwed up my password when I tried to get SINGULARITY to log into Digi to upload some Mesh.
My composure was getting worse by the second as everything I did, guess what?, yes you are right, I stuffed that up too.
Eventually a phrase popped up, don't ask me where, it said "send a ticket".
I explained my situation and was shocked how soon my answer came from Terry.
He sent advice and had reset my password ........ unlike me --- his worked. My partner and I were waiting patiently and cheered our hearts out as I logged in.

As always, and as with all team members, it was handled quickly with an attitude of friendliness & professionalism all rolled into one . I was having a major problem and needed to move to one of Digiworldz grids and Terry just handeled this so smoothly and efficiently but MOST OF ALL very very professionally tstl :) Thank you for making my comfort zone very well intuned here in Digiworldz Terry, TR and Nox . . . ya'll are ALWAYZ trying to make my experience here in Digiworldz better than it was before and I do appreciate that so much ;)

The one thing I like about working with Terry is that he never hesitates to explain why something works the way it does. I would really feel more comfortable if there was a way to create my own oars. I always feel like I'm a pain in the butt for asking for them, but years of working IT makes me paranoid of not having a backup when I've worked dozens of hours at a time, knowing that a single keystroke can lead to disaster.
