scripts shouldnt get zapped on updates, PERIOD.<br><br><b>Response:</b><br>As explained, this was a major update which required us to clear the stored values of some scripts which required some scripts needing to have debit permissions granted again in some cases. I was really confused about there being two monetary systems (Podex and Gloebit) the purchase of D$ and G$. Terry came to the rescue with a detailed explanation of both these systems being used in DW per each sim owners preference. He handled my request with care applying sensitivity to my lack of understanding. In DW support chat, I was instructed to submit a ticket since my purchased D$ were not displayed. Honestly, without submitting ticket, I may not have understood how both systems worked and when my funds would appear in the viewer. I've been in several virtual worlds for years. The ease at this setup amazed me. As far as improvements the only thing that comes to mind is adding another entry to the knowledge base regarding people bringing their own sims and how to transfer them (or allowing the link in the service request to handle something other than image files so it could be pasted right there during the initial purchase).
