Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Excellent support.
Very quick response to my tickets. In a professional and in a good communication with the community: transparent and honest.
Problem fixed in less than 48 hrs. Three days - 1 week is what I would have assumed.
