DigiWorldz Support Feedback

Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Terry did very well (as always) His flexibility in responding to customers needs is amazing. His customer-centered attitude and because he had a 2 weeks old backup of my region made me reconsider my plan and I decided to not downgrade this region. Thanks again for the good support.
