Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

I got a good, detailed explanation of what the problem might be, tried the solutions (which didn&#039;t work), but got another idea from what was said, and found the solution. Although the grid experienced a wide scale upgrade and Terry was undoubtedly exhausted after the last week&#039;s work, he responded quickly to my ticket and resolved the issue in great time. Terry always does a great job. FYI the solution to the issue was completely and utterly uninstall both viewers including the prefetch file and any settings files, reboot and reinstall. Digiworldz was not the only grid this happened on.2019-07-22 16:52:10
