DigiWorldz Support Feedback

Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Terry handeled this request from me in such good timing that I cannot believe this . . . I was having a major problem and needed to move to one of Digiworldz grids and Terry just handeled this so smoothly and efficiently but MOST OF ALL very very professionally tstl :) Thank you for making my comfort zone very well intuned here in Digiworldz Terry, TR and Nox . . . ya&#039;ll are ALWAYZ trying to make my experience here in Digiworldz better than it was before and I do appreciate that so much ;) I have been here in Digiworldz for a little over a year now and tbhwu there really is NO OTHER PLACE than can even compare with what Digiworldz can and has done!!! I don&#039;t know what Terry did but I know he treated this low priority call like a high priority call solving the problem in less than 3 hours from start to finish. It doesn&#039;t get better than this.2018-10-18 05:28:07
The one thing I like about working with Terry is that he never hesitates to explain why something works the way it does. I&#039;ve probably learned more about varigions in the last few weeks from Terry than years in other grids. I still have a lot to learn but he is a good mentor of his clients.2018-10-17 09:54:33
I would really feel more comfortable if there was a way to create my own oars. I always feel like I&#039;m a pain in the butt for asking for them, but years of working IT makes me paranoid of not having a backup when I&#039;ve worked dozens of hours at a time, knowing that a single keystroke can lead to disaster. This is especially true when I work most of the time during and after regular backups are done.2018-10-17 09:54:33

First off Terry prevented a disaster. He caught a program that was rapidly filling up all of my data space and prevented a disaster. Next he took the time to see why I was using a program to modify the terrain and offered to help. Next he took a terrain file that had some issues, showed me one he was using so I had a template and then over the next three days patiently went through the settings making adjustments until the new 25x25 region was absolutely perfect. I joked with him at one point because at first it was too low, then too high but like Goldilocks he made it just right. Thank you Terry2018-10-03 22:25:01
I don&#039;t think there is a way to improve on consistently good customer service. Perhaps at some point in the future a way for region owners to replace/backup their own OAR files. Failing that the best thing out there is Terry.2018-10-03 22:25:01
