Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Hello, I would like to say that coming to Digi was one of the best moves I have made. Its tough for I don&#039;t have some of the creators I am use to buying my items and getting things to build with. But I have never ever seen someone try to take care of things like Terry has for me. He went way out of his way to make sure things was all well. And never stop till all the things as just right. I would and have told all I know about Digi.. Thank you very much! After many attempts to log in and not be able to get past the password, I submitted the ticket and went to bed. In the morning, it was fixed.Now, looking around and thinking about building my home. You can make a better future by never changing. I love Digi and all the people in it that makes a huge difference to my virtual world. People like TR and Nox are the reason I returned, the reason I do and will always consider Digi my home. Even after being away for serious health reasons for so very long, I was welcomed home when I returned with the same kind of heartfelt warmth that I had missed when I was away, and *that* is what is missing in so many other virtual worlds - the genuine feeling of family. To some, Digi is nothing more than a game, to me and others like me, Digi is so much more.2018-07-08 04:32:17
TR is one of the most patient people I know. He has not only helped me with this recent problem, but with *all* of the problems that I have had, and 99.999% of the time it was my fault. He&#039;s never judgmental of my silly mistakes and always helps me to understand what the problem could be, then when I feel like a complete dummy-head, he always laughs and sends me a smile making me feel better about my mistake. Even if there is no rhyme or reason - like in this case - his calm and helpful demeanor allowed me to find a work-around to the problem by eliminating other various factors.2018-07-08 04:32:16
