I am so very happy about the way Terry and all of the DigiWorldz staff have treated me from day 1. From dealing with issues or simply answering questions that I really should have known. They never give me a reason to NOT be on this grid. Unlike so many other grids I have been on where the customer service is met with rudeness and it feels like they are looking down their noses at the customer. I have no problem with the support. It was fine. I would recommend that that the registration form be improved by making it display a success message of some type after the avatar registration is complete.
