Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Ticket was put in at night after logging out, response was in email the next morning. The solution was correct ... try a different viewer to add people to a group.2020-05-13 14:50:29

On top of it right away. I did give as much information as I possibly could and we tried to figure out how to fix it ourselves for a few hours first to no avail. Great result. Richie and I are 13 and 12-year users of SL and are quite enjoying our foray into Open Sim regardless of the borked scripts and other things that don&#039;t work correctly. Terry being on top of this is one of the reasons why.
