Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Oh nothing, everything is perfect. As I said before, and I&#039;m glad to say over and over again, I love Digiworldz and am soooooo happy there. This is coming from someone that has been in SL forever since 2006 and got so burned out that I just abandoned all my sims, and my premium account and left thinking how much I hated virtual worlds. Excellent! As always he was informative. His knowledge of how things work in opensim never ceases to amaze me. Even though what he told me wasn&#039;t the cause of the issue, it made me look at every tiny detail and in doing that, I found what was causing it! What we need in Digi is a good ship and boat scripter.. we have tried various many &quot;adapted to ODE and Bullet &quot; LSL scripts with some decent results. but the results are inconsistent on the VAR... most all ships require a reset when rezzed, and when they have been used for awhile. In other words, sometimes they work correctly and sometimes not. We come from worlds with full &quot;fighting sail&quot; Navy and pirate tallship wind sailing, using Bwind and SPD scripts, including battle damage with SPD cannon fire. It seems that altho the VARS can supply plenty of open ocean to sail on, they may be too unstable or senstive to ever accommodate full tallship windsail? 2015-10-15 14:07:22

I didn&#039;t have the latest release of Firestorm, so still couldn&#039;t add it, as my computer had crashed. When it came back up the DL was still there in the folder so just redownloaded and couldn&#039;t get it to work. However now I see I have to upload the newest version to be able to use it for Digi. Seems like you still should be able to add it if you choose to use older version, But totally understand it is available with latest version. 2015-09-19 12:54:18
