Beginning on September 4th, 2015 we began collecting feedback comments after a user's support ticket was closed.
We ask the user what we can do to make their experience in DigiWorldz better.
Not every user leaves comments, but here are the comments we've collected since then....

Terry Ford as well as the entire Digi support team, was quick to reply and fix the problem which was the type of file I had recieved from a web site not any thing that was wrong with digi or their servers. Terry explained the problem with the raw file i was trying to install and fixed the problem the file i was installing caused. Great job again by the Digi customer support. 2019-06-18 12:24:39
I am looking at the time and total duration time to solve this ticket.. 1 hour 26 minutes. Some grids you would have to add 20 more hours or longer just to hear back on a suppot ticket. So just by seeing this i dont think any thing could have been done different to make a better experience in the future. 2019-06-18 12:24:39

Terry like the other support services knows their system better then most do. As a result of this they can quickly and accurately take care of problems if the happen. This problem was on of I downloaded a file as an oar and most i have out do not download well from the site i was Dl ing from 2019-06-13 10:53:16

Tr Lifter explainsed in detail about the sized of terrain neeed i had 256 x 256 when in fact i needed 1024 x 1024. All of this is new and I will learn quick with the help of Digiworldz Support and support people such as TR Lifter. Was told if i found any 1024x1024 terrain I did like just redo the ticket over and it will be installed.2019-06-12 21:37:57
All wsa done to try and help in this situation and time was taking to explain why the request could not be done. This is excellent customer suport cause as busy as you are the answer could have been no with no explaination . Leaving me with no way of knowning what to do next. Terry his usual self apporached the isues ( more than one) with his high tech skills It was later in the evening where he was when the issues came up. Ok, you asked, and as you know I give my opinion honest and straight forward, But the best thing Digiwordz could do with their customer support is nothing!! The customer support side changes would involve not only technical issues but the personality of the support technicians The support wise we are heading down hill... Lok real fast at what we have now, quick reply, accurate information, and best sloutions to the problem at hand...with a smile to reassure us they have it under control. Always in a proffessional manner that has to be said first. She made us look at a evey obvious point where we did not really look in to solve the problem. She wanted us to check if i was an estate owner, but the problem went beyond that , I had to be made estate owner to get any power on the Estate,, Awesome job in making us think the prolbem out ... it was an unsual problem with a server, Many Thanks Noxluna.2019-06-10 01:24:12

I accidently deleted part of my region. I submitted a ticket for a back up of the region used. Terry took care of the problem in a very timely fashion .
